Critique Vintage Poster

I am critiquing Samantha Finklestine Vintage Travel Poster; you did a great job on the shades of blues tone to show the reflection of the sun reflecting from the water.  I enjoy the different typefaces you use as well as using the black font on top and using the white font on the bottom. Great job with the details you put in to the manatee and the different shades of black and gray tones to make it more realistic and like I said the blue tones help make the manatee look like it’s ready to come up out of the water. I’m glad you didn’t go the direction of just using one solid line for the sun reflection. I like the idea you use for the palm tree to represent Florida. The only bad remark that I would have said is that I would maybe make the bottom of the manatee’s tail a little lighter and not so dark so it doesn’t blend into the background.  Overall you did a great job!
