The buildings are executed very well. I think the color scheme works well however I would consider playing around with the color of the building to the far left. It doesn’t seem to be very cohesive with the rest of the buildings. There is a slight gradient in the background and it works well because it’s not too harsh. I enjoy the reflections of the buildings. It contrasts well with the harsh lines of the buildings and matches nicely with the softness of the background. There is a bit of a gap between the buildings and reflections that could be resolved to make the addition of the reflections more efficient. I’m not really feeling the typeface in this piece and the placement of it. It seems a bit outdated but not in a vintage kind of way. I’d suggest maybe getting rid of the lines that the words are on. I really love the buildings and I think it takes away from the buildings. I’d suggest just a clean simple font in the open space in the top right.
